What this website collects
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and shipment information you enter, including your name, business, email, phone number, route and cargo requirements.
How it is used
Sunrays Logistics uses this information to respond to your request, discuss service availability and prepare a quotation. Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and are accessible to authorised administrators.
Tracking and staff access
Shipment tracking and ERP links open the existing Softctl service. Information you enter there is handled by that service. Access to this website’s enquiry dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to approved administrators.

To request correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact info.sunrayslogistics@gmail.com. Please provide enough information to identify your enquiry without sending sensitive documents.
